Client Description
Our client a US based logistics company, a market leader who provide global supply chain solutions, she is now urgently seeking an experienced Corporate Area Sales Manager to join their growing team in Hong Kong
Job Description
- Report to Sales Director in Hong Kong
- Lead team to build and maintain effective business relationship with customers, and ensure professional company image and quality customer service
- Develop and execute business and sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share
- Lead and drive team to achieve new business acquisition and sales KPIs and ensure quality revenue
- Monitor territory sales trends, prepare performance statistical reports and make improvement recommendations
- Monitor sales systems and processes and ensure adherence to corporate standards and guidelines, and at the same time initiate ways for continuous improvement
- Monitor individual team member’s performance, motivate and engage team by providing direction, coaching and training, while maintaining a hands-on approach with major customers
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales & marketing, with at least 3 years in people manager role, preferably in supply chain/logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies
- Proven track records of driving sales achievements and business growth
- Strong business acumen with good analytical and decision making skills
- Customer oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong team leadership skills in driving business performance
- Strong planning, organizing and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient PC skills
