Job Description
- Provide premium and personalized services to the customers
- Assist in full spectrum of serviced apartments operations including property management and security
- Ensure the cross-departmental communications in order to handle both tenants and operational issues effectively
- Provide administrative support for leasing, regular payment and other documentation works
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Min. 2 years of experience in Hospitality industry
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
