A listed property developer, is urgently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join growing the team
Job Description
- Provide a full range of concierge services to customers and be proactive in responding to their needs
- Maintain the highest standards of personal grooming, courtesy, positive attitude and overall presentation at all times
- Assist in handling customers’ enquiries and requests
Job Requirements
- DSE or above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a service field (retail or hospitality industries etc.)
- Strong service mindset
- Customer focused with a pleasant and outgoing personality
- Good problem solving abilities
- Good command of English and Mandarin
