Retail company with brands and lifestyle products
• Provide tier 1 support for HK and China users from general desktop to enterprise applications.
• Conduct troubleshooting, implementation and user training.
• Prepare training materials including training video and user manuals.
• Assist the development team with enterprise system quality assurance.
• Occasional traveling to China may be required.
• Liaise with IT team members and/or internal users to complete assigned tasks.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.
• University graduate or Diploma holder in IT related disciplines.
• 2 years relevant working experience. Working experience in retail or distribution industry is a definite advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows platforms.
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Self-motivated, good customer services and capable to work under pressure.
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
