Job Description
- Manage relationship with existing franchisees in Hong Kong & Macau
- Ensure franchisees’ operations aligns with principal & provide advices in ways of improvements
- Monitor the business progress & provide guidance to reach their goals
- Assist in company events & marketing activities
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines
- Min. 4 years of relevant experience in Education industry / Franchise business
- Strong sense of responsibility & able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
