• Participate in the end to end development cycle of systems from ideas generation, business requirement gathering, user testing, to enhancement
• Implements system requirements by defining and analyzing business needs.
• Assist Senior Business Analyst with business process re-engineering initiatives
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for evaluation, selection of applications and tools
• Analyze, design, and implement internal SharePoint website and workflows
• Administration of core application systems (e.g. Loan Origination System, Money Market System, Accounting System, CRM and etc.)
• Experience with Management Reporting / BI / Data warehouse
• Support local and regional projects, contributing to business process design as well as migration plans and strategies
• Perform systems release support to user acceptance test team or user department
• Assist with SIT and UAT tests
• Proactively recommend solutions to address business needs
• Prepare system and operational support documentation
• Level 2 support and system administration
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Preferred: MCSE or MCSD in SharePoint
• 7-year system development experience in Banking, Finance, Accounting institutions or any other regulated industry sector
• Solid SharePoint administration and support experience
• Hand-on knowledge of SQL server databases is an advantage
• Project experience in one or more of the following: JSP, Javascript, XML, Web, Java SDK, Spring, IOS, Android, C#, .Net, PHP, CSS, ASP
• Knowledge of the money lending industry is a definite advantage
• Positive "can-do" attitude, proactive, independent, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work with challenges and continually keeps up to date with new technologies and adapt to fast changes
• Good analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage).
