• Provide technical support during the sales process in collaboration with the sales team
• Provide after sales support service including implementation, test and commissioning and troubleshooting
• Conduct solution demonstrations according to customer requirements
• Provide training for team members and customers, if necessary
• Liaise and co-ordinate with vendors and customers whenever necessary during project implementation and/or sales cycle
• Degree holder or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 years relevant working experience as technical support engineer in networking and/or wireless
• Knowledge in HTML, SQL and IP networking
• Presentable with excellent communication skill, aggressive, responsible, self-motivated and a good team player
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Both in house, on-job and vendor training will be provided
