• System development, maintenance support and implementation of CRM implementation project for our clients
• Hands-on functional design and development on CRM System (Core function, workflow, and Report) and its integration with other interfaces
• Perform Unit test and SIT
• Support UAT and bug fixing
• Prepare Program specification (code reference)
• Professional Advisory in CRM System (Core function, workflow, and Report) and its integration with other interfaces
• Regression Test Cycle management and Rollout
• Documentation
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3-year experience in IT profession with a minimum of 1-year experience of CRM Developer / Analyst.
• Practical experience of any CRM Package (Configuration, Customization)
• Practical experience of the following skills: At least one of programming languages: Java / Javascript / php, SQL (Oracle / MSSQL), Development / Testing Environment Setup, Knowledge on following area is an added advantage, Membership management, Campaign management (Marketing Operation), Case Management, Reporting Tools, CTI Technology, Different integration method
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Good analytical, inter-personal, leadership and problem solving skills
• Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
