SAP FICO Analyst
Responsibilities
• Lead threads of projects and initiatives to deploy new functionality and/or enhance existing functionality:
• Understand business processes and how underlying configuration and data supports or enables related processes.
• Analyze, refine and document requirements as part of defined projects and initiatives.
• Recommend and configure solutions with a focus on providing business value.
• Test and implement solutions
• Support and enhance solutions, continually looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide routine support to FICO module users:
• Resolve Service Request tickets in accordance with agreed upon SLAs.
• Respond to inquiries and/or issues.
• Perform ad-hoc queries and requests for data.
• Prepare end-user training and job aids.
• Conduct in-house training for end-users and team members on application specific functionality.
• Work independently to complete enhancements and change orders by developing new and expanding upon existing solutions in the FICO modules.
• Introduce Best Practice and process improvement ideas wherever appropriate.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Actively participate as a member of the GIS team in activities that include communications, status meetings and internal initiatives.
• Adhere and contribute to GIS processes, procedures and policies, as well as expanding internal GIS knowledge on the processes and functionality used by the company.
• Maintain a current awareness of SAP product developments and trends and determine how they can be used to enhance productivity within the company.

SAP SD Analyst
Responsibilities
• Expert in Sales & Distribution (SD) capabilities and integration points with other modules, interfaces and bolt-ons
• Expert in configuration of SAP SD including master data and pricing, order management and processing, delivery, transportation and invoicing
• Reviews evolving SAP technologies and proposes innovative solutions and/or enhancements to existing business processes in SD domain
• Provides guidance for design alternatives and communication across functional and technical areas of projects in SD domain
• Establishes and manages the scope and quality of the areas of responsibility
• Program / Project management in compliance with Shure project methodology
• Processes design and/or leads across-board, complex, tightly integrated business processes.
• Works with senior IT leadership to establish new and improve existing processes and procedures
• Leads the development of new SAP functionality and/or business process improvement by overseeing project teams which includes preparing charters, budgets, and resource plans to accomplish objectives
• Supports and drives the application architecture in SAP and other technologies and/or influences business process change
• Sets expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities, and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project budget
• Partners with SAP Development to coordinate cross-team resource allocation in support projects, change orders, and maintenance activities
• Communicates SAP technical information in non-technical terms to all levels within the company
• Develop procedures to monitor and report on SAP team’s work and performance by measuring customer satisfaction, preparing progress reports, providing weekly status updates.
• Works with external business partners when required
• Leads Business-IT prioritization sessions with divisional directors
• Assists and mentors less experienced peers
• Perform other duties as assigned
SAP Applications Developer
Responsibilities
• Participates in project blueprint workshops to support requirement gathering, fit gap analysis and preparation of solution alternatives
• Collaborates with the functional analysts/leads globally to design, build and test a variety of SAP objects including reports, interfaces, conversion, enhancements, forms and workflows
• Translates requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions (specifications, tested code, technical documentation)
• Supports performance tuning and maintenance activities as needed and ensures technical solutions meet the performance guidelines and standards
• Supports the study and recommendation of new and existing technologies / features
• Conducts design reviews, code reviews per best practices and established SDLC guidelines
• Proactively monitors and supports the production landscape to address issues in a timely fashion
• Understands the development life cycle both from a project/process perspective and technically to ensure the proposed solutions are sustainable, maintainable and meet business needs
SAP FICO Analyst
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or Business discipline or equivalent work experience in a relevant business area (Finance/Accounting). Graduate coursework is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience using skills as a seasoned, experienced professional in an ERP supported business environment working with SAP-ECC and SAP-BW systems.
• Good hands-on configuration experience in various SAP FICO areas such as AA/AP/AR/GL/Cost center accounting/Internal Orders/Product Costing/Profit Center Accounting/Profitability. Analysis/Intercompany/Workflow knowledge/SAP Treasury/Month/Year end support experience.
• At least 3 full cycle SAP implementation project with hands-on project experience designing, testing and implementing FICO.
• Demonstrated work experience showcasing expertise in FICO integration with other SAP Modules (SD, PP, MM, HR).
• Understands business processes in their area and how underlying configuration and data supports or enables related processes.
• Has a full understanding of industry practices and/or company policies and procedures.
• Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data or situations requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for difficult assignments and of diverse scope.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong project management skills.
• Good problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally if required.
• Overtime if project deadlines dictate.
SAP SD Analyst
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Functional/technical proficiency with at least 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 4+ years of global enterprise and/or consulting experience in SAP SD systems implementation and support of a live environment
• Good Understanding of overall technology trends including SAP and non-SAP environments and tools
• Must have prior experience and expertise in SAP SD – Order Management & Pricing modules and interface with MM, PP and FICO modules. Also should have knowledge of how to support CRM front end
• Global implementation experience in following regions - Americas, EMEA & Asia is a plus
• Expertise and proven track record in managing and delivering programs/projects on-time using implementation methodology like ASAP
• Experience with adhering to budgets
• Team-player, Self-motivated and possess good negotiation, interpersonal and good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel to Shure global facilities if needed
• Able to coach & provide guidance to subordinates
• Familiarity with in cloud CRM solution & agile methodologies is a plus
SAP Applications Developer
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a SAP ABAP developer in various roles, with at least 4+ years of that in implementation projects and 2+ years in CRM
• Expertise in Object Oriented ABAP, ALE/IDOCs, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, Forms and interfacing technologies like REST, SOAP services
• Experience to CRM Development frameworks like GenIL, AET and BOL
• Experience in RFC, File, XML and related programming techniques in SAP.
• Knowledge of ITS, Barcode and label printing would be an additional benefit.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC (key modules like SD, MM, PP, FICO), BW, CRM. Exposure to APO, DMS, PLM and WCEM is a plus
• Good communication skills, customer excellence focus and organizational skills.
• Exposure to ASAP methodology preferred
