Responsibilities
• Second line support on global network, IP telephony and Contact Centre for 200 offices worldwide
• Technology driver on Software-Defined Network, Hybrid Cloud, Network Security and Unified Communications
• Architectural design and Implementation on Global Network Infrastructure projects
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
• 1-2 solid experience in Software-Defined Network/ or IP telephony/ or Next-Generation firewall and WAN optimization is an advantage
• Experience in advanced technology projects in sizable company
• Holder of CCNA / CCNP is preferable
• Demonstrate a good learning track record with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
