• Participate on the performance fine-tuning of the newly developed security platform and other future DDoS mitigation tools.
• Handle escalation, functionality issues and able to fix minor bugs and provide workaround until the problem solved.
• Assist on the higher-level DDoS mitigation and troubleshooting related to the proprietary product developed by Development Team.
• Participate on the application development projects for intelligent operations.
• Ensures management and monitoring tools are integrated, configured to the platform and have rules / alerts for different conditions.
• Occasionally participate in the 7x24 call standby duties.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience focused on providing technical operations and support.
• Solid experience with LINUX systems and IT operations.
• Hands-on coding and scripting (Bash, PHP, JavaScript, Python etc.)
• Experience working in DevOps or software development is preferred.
• Experience with administrating, monitoring different Linux distribution.
• Good understanding in TCP/IP and internetworking.
• Experience with operation of public Cloud platform (AWS and Google Cloud).
• Knowledge on RESTFUL API is preferred.
