• Providing pre-sales consultancy support in ICT & Telecom solution design by working closely with internal departments and external partners.
• Work as Tier-2 specialist and major include co-ordinate and supporting functions for technical clarifications, vendor partnership, BoM and quotation generation and order confirmation to Commercial and Government user.
• Work closely with Account Management, Engineering, and Product teams that following to the company guideline and procedure
• Support the team to prepare sales proposal / tender response
• Diploma or Associated Degree holder in Computer/Electronic Engineering, IT related disciplines
• 1 – 3 year relevant experience is preferable
• Knowledge on PC, Server, accessories, MS-Windows platforms
• Preferred to recognized certificates holders (e.g. MCP, MCSE, CCDA etc.)
• Self-motivated and willing to learn about new technologies
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
