US-based IT service vendor / Client: Bank
• Solid experience of user requirement understanding, system design, guidance of system development, code review as well as hands-on technical capability
• Communication skill with user, developer and vendor for user requirement and functionality clarification
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 2-6 year experience in system design and programming of the followings :Java, .NET and Web application programming and familiar with Oracle/MS SQL database with WebLogic
• Exposure on IBM BPM or other workflow system, Filenet and ECM is highly preferable
• Knowledge and hands on capability on BPM, WebSphere, MQ would be a plus
• Good analytical, communication and inter-personal skills
• Good written English on technical documentation
