Nature: Renewable Contract
• Lead cloud operations, platform engineering, and site reliability engineering activities across multi-cloud environments
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Alibaba Cloud architecture, operations, and governance
• Drive cloud governance frameworks, landing zone architecture, security baselines, compliance, and operational best practices
• Lead Infrastructure as Code design using Terraform and promote automation and CI/CD integration
• Review and optimize cloud architecture to improve resilience, security, performance, disaster recovery capabilities, and cost efficiency
• Oversee cloud security posture management, container security, identity and access management, monitoring, logging, and FinOps activities
• Manage cloud incidents, service availability, SLA compliance, and vendor performance
• Collaborate with application, security, compliance, and business teams to ensure successful cloud service delivery
• Mentor cloud engineers and provide technical leadership across cloud operations initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Alibaba Cloud experience in enterprise-scale production environments
• Minimum 3 years of team leadership or people management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud and at least one major public cloud platform including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Extensive experience with Terraform, cloud automation, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, observability, and cloud security
• Deep understanding of cloud networking, landing zones, identity and access management, compliance, disaster recovery, and cloud cost optimization
• Strong knowledge of Alibaba Cloud services including ECS, OSS, ACK, VPC, RAM, Security Center, and Cloud Firewall
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
