Location: West Kowloon District
Nature: Renewable Contract (12-month)
• Perform network infrastructure installation, deployment, maintenance, support and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support and planning for the Internet, Intranet, Website, user application systems, system software and hardware.
• Provide on-call support for production incidents and perform shift duties as required.
• Assist in network monitoring, capacity planning and maintaining high availability across enterprise networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily network operations and technical maintenance.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in network administration and support.
• Hands-on experience in switches, routers, WiFi controllers, IPS/IDS, firewalls, load balancers, network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, VMware, SAN Storage and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN network environment.
• Degree Holder in Information Technology or related disciplines; candidates with less experience or non-degree holders will also be considered.
• Excellent command of written English.
Employment Terms
• Standard 5 working days per week, 42.5 hours per week with working window from 09:00 to 18:30.
• Require 7x24 on-call standby and non-office-hours work when necessary.
• Entitled to 7 days of annual leave and medical benefits.
