• Elicit and manage precise business requirements using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and AI-native project management platforms to ensure strategic alignment with client objectives.
• Partner with team leads and designers to design and prototype human-AI collaborative workflows, testing practical AI applications to solve real-world user pain points.
• Drive client-facing project delivery workstreams by managing daily updates, directing AI agents for task automation, and creating actionable specs for implementation.
• Lead change management efforts, stakeholder discussions, and onboarding sessions by providing practical playbooks to build client confidence in adopting AI solutions.
• Formulate business test scenarios with a strong emphasis on AI output accuracy, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet strict quality standards.
• Assist with AI-driven project governance by utilizing AI tools to monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, recommending proactive solutions when deviations occur.
