• Oversee the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of enterprise Unix and Linux systems to ensure high performance and availability.
• Manage database platforms, including performance tuning, capacity planning, backup recovery, and routine health checks.
• Lead system upgrades, security patching, and vulnerability management in alignment with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide expert technical advice and tier-three support to application development teams, operations staff, and IT leadership.
• Execute business continuity planning and disaster recovery exercises to maintain continuous system operational readiness.
• Support infrastructure modernization projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions on schedule.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Unix, Linux, and database administration within an enterprise setting.
• Deep technical proficiency in Linux or Unix operating systems, shell scripting, and relational database management systems.
• Strong understanding of IT security baselines, risk control procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Proven track record in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
