The role sits within the Corporate Services function, supporting bank-wide administration, procurement, and operational facilities management.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager - Administration & Corporate Services role.
• Manage the procurement of non-IT and non-electronic goods and services across the organization, including stationery, vehicles, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Oversee the end-to-end tendering and procurement process, including vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and contract administration.
• Manage staff canteen operations, food service arrangements, and vendor performance monitoring.
• Coordinate corporate support services including uniform procurement, office administration, and workplace facilities management.
• Handle vehicle administration, licensing, registration renewals, insurance, and daily operational requirements.
• Oversee fixed asset management, including maintenance, renewals, budgeting, and payment administration.
• Manage departmental budgets, expense control, and financial monitoring to ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinate banquet, corporate event, and hospitality arrangements when required.
• Prepare and maintain procurement, compliance, licensing, and administrative documentation.
• Support service improvement initiatives and ensure operational standards are maintained across the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement, tendering, administration, facilities management, or corporate services experience for Manager level.
• Candidates with around 3 years of relevant experience may be considered for Assistant Manager level.
• Experience managing procurement projects, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
• Knowledge of budgeting, expense control, and financial administration.
• Experience handling staff canteen operations, catering services, banquet arrangements, or support services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with vehicle management, licensing, registration, and insurance administration is an advantage.
• Experience in leasing administration, uniform procurement, and general corporate support services is beneficial.
• Exposure to banking, large corporations, or China-based enterprises is highly preferred.
• Supervisory or people management experience is preferred for Manager-level positions.
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Candidates with experience across different administrative functions throughout their career will be considered, even if these responsibilities were performed in separate roles.
