• Support client projects by managing system operations, focusing on VMware, Windows, MSSQL, and MySQL environments.
• Troubleshoot complex system component issues while efficiently diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and configuration faults.
• Provide proactive recommendations on system performance optimization to the IT project lead.
• Assist with the successful implementation and deployment of various IT projects.
• Maintain up-to-date operations documentation, technical support procedures, and server or IT asset inventories.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, including providing support at on-site data centers or customer premises.
• Provide non-office hours support as required to ensure system availability and minimize downtime.
