• Manage a small team of data center operators stationed at a government department in Tsuen Wan.
• Oversee daily data center infrastructure operations, including routing patch cords and monitoring network patch panels.
• Conduct routine site walks and inspections to ensure optimal environmental and hardware conditions.
• Compile, review, and deliver regular operational logs, performance statistics, and incident reports to management.
• Supervise team schedules, task distribution, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Proven experience in data center floor operations, network patching, or IT infrastructure support.
• Strong leadership capabilities with prior experience supervising or managing a small technical team.
• Familiarity with basic networking infrastructure, hardware deployment, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Solid communication skills with the ability to write precise technical and operational reports.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to maintain high operational standards.
