Job Description

• Generate trading profit by actively trading in the Minor Currencies and Non-Deliverable Forward market to maximize overall profitability.
• Provide competitive and timely pricing quotations to support the treasury sales team and other internal departments.
• Maintain professional, high-quality execution services by managing orders efficiently for both internal and external clients.
• Provide detailed market information, financial analysis, and trend forecasts to assist management in formulating business strategies.
• Prepare regular commentary, market insights, and trading reports as required by management and regulatory compliance.
• Risk manage the trading portfolio effectively, evaluating market volatility and ensuring strict adherence to internal risk guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Ph.D. or Doctorate degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Quantitative Disciplines, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of active FX and Non-Deliverable Forward trade execution or dealing experience, preferably gained from foreign banks.
• Strong knowledge of the Minor Currencies and Non-Deliverable Forward markets, with proven expertise in global market trading.
• Solid track record of generating trading profits and managing portfolio risks under dynamic market conditions.
• Strong quantitative skills, analytical mindset, and deep understanding of algorithmic or systematic trading models.
• Self-motivated professional with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
