• Deliver comprehensive project management services for client projects, including project planning, task scheduling, execution monitoring, risk management, and progress reporting.
• Organize and attend meetings to report on project progress and resolve any project-related issues.
• Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
• Liaise effectively with the internal engineering team, external vendors, and service partners during the service provisioning process.
• Maintain proactive communication with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project life cycle.
• Facilitate formal project closure and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess one to three years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, security, or IT solution projects.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of technical infrastructures and network systems.
• Hold professional certifications such as Project Management Professional or PRINCE2, which will be considered a strong advantage.
• Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills to manage stakeholders and project timelines effectively.
