• Generate new business and revenues for the bank by meeting or exceeding monthly and annual mortgage and SME loan acquisition sales targets.
• Solicit mortgage and SME sales opportunities through proactive outbound calling to prospective and existing clients within a call center environment.
• Follow up diligently on loan documentation and account opening processes to ensure a smooth and speedy drawdown.
• Build, develop, and retain strong customer relationships to Maximize cross-selling and referral opportunities.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with referral agencies to effectively drive new business channels.
• Provide timely market intelligence to product, credit underwriting, and process teams to support business improvements.
• Handle all customer inquiries professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a premium service experience.
• Maintain full compliance and vigilance regarding customer data protection, regulatory updates, and internal banking requirements.
• Possess a high school graduate qualification or above.
• Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the banking industry, preferably in sales or telemarketing roles.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients.
• Exhibit a proactive, hardworking attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow within the financial sector.
• Stay customer-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to perform well under pressure to achieve business targets.
• Command an excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
