Candidates with more advanced experience will be considered for the Senior Relationship Manager position.
• Assist in formulating and implementing effective business strategies to achieve the bank's predefined goals and sales targets.
• Manage, develop, and maintain robust corporate banking client portfolios, focusing primarily on State-Owned Enterprises and large Chinese corporations.
• Conduct comprehensive credit reviews, perform detailed risk assessments, and prepare professional credit proposals for commercial credit packages.
• Identify potential business opportunities and proactively acquire new corporate clients to expand the commercial banking portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or related academic disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in corporate banking, with a proven track record in client management.
• Substantial knowledge, exposure, and understanding of standard corporate banking products, compliance, and financial market trends.
• Highly aggressive, result-oriented professional possessing strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset accompanied by excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid certifications for HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3, 5, along with the MPF Intermediaries Examination.
• Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
• Professional experience within Taiwanese or Japanese banks will not be considered for this specific role.
• Willingness to undergo necessary regulatory examinations and training prior to the completion of the probationary period if certain local requirements are pending.
