• Supervise counter services to ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day branch operations with a strong focus on high-quality customer service.
• Act as a checker to review, verify, and approve daily transactions and operational activities within the branch.
• Ensure all branch operations comply strictly with the rules, guidelines, procedures, and ordinances of the bank and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Manage and mitigate operational risks while maintaining high efficiency in daily banking procedures.
• Support the branch management team in optimizing workflow and resolving customer escalations professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking operations, with specific experience in corporate banking and branch operations.
• Must possess a valid HKSI certificate; passing HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 (or equivalent), IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3, 5, and the MPF Intermediaries Examination is highly preferred.
• Flexibility to work in priority branch locations, including Hong Kong Island, Sheung Shui, Sai Kung, or Tsuen Wan.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, high risk awareness, and professional proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
