Nature: Secondment Contract (1 year)
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and manage the delivery of Windows Intel infrastructure and Data Loss Prevention system services.
• Ensure all Information Technology infrastructure projects are delivered on schedule and relevant controls are executed accurately according to standard operating procedures.
• Oversee the management of physical and virtual servers while ensuring high availability, patch compliance, and performance tuning.
• Execute system-related tasks to provide reliable and efficient computer systems that support both application development and production environments.
• Evaluate end-of-support hardware and software components to develop appropriate upgrade or replacement roadmaps.
• Provide technical support and expert consultation to application development teams, operations staff, and Information Technology management.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within the Virtual Machine and Windows Intel infrastructure environments.
• Develop and maintain effective enterprise capacity plans to meet organizational requirements.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of all hardware and software inventories.
• Manage and support the Active Directory, on-premise or hybrid Exchange environments, and the full suite of Microsoft 365 services.
• Implement and enforce rigorous change, incident, and problem management processes across all platform services.
• Deploy and manage Data Loss Prevention strategies utilizing industry-standard solutions such as Symantec and Forcepoint.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and establish proactive measures to protect sensitive corporate information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Data Loss Prevention solutions seamlessly into the existing infrastructure.
• Configure and optimize Data Loss Prevention policies to align with organizational security guidelines.
• Ensure all infrastructure platforms comply with corporate security policies, regulatory standards, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Manage external vendor relationships and oversee contracts associated with platform technologies.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Have a minimum of five years of professional experience specializing in infrastructure management.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of infrastructure security, including best practices for Data Loss Prevention policy management.
• Proven experience operating successfully within a highly regulated corporate or financial environment.
• Ability to develop strategic technology roadmaps, manage corresponding budgets, and present technical plans clearly to senior leadership.
• Possess exceptional analytical and root-cause analysis skills to resolve intricate technical challenges.
