Job Description

• Manage and nurture existing relationships with government and public sector accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Act primarily as a relationship manager to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned government accounts
• Conduct selective business development activities to identify new revenue streams and introduce comprehensive IT solutions
• Support the full sales cycle from initial client inquiry and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and closing
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and project managers to ensure seamless solution delivery and service quality
• Achieve assigned sales targets, maintain an accurate pipeline, and provide timely updates to the Deputy Sales Director

Job Requirements

• One to two years of experience in sales or account management, with a strong preference for individuals from the IT or technology industry
• Diploma or bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn complex IT solutions and public sector procurement processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, with fluency in Cantonese and a good command of English
• Prior internship, exposure, or experience in IT sales or client-facing environments is highly advantageous
• Driven mindset with the ability to perform effectively in a target-based and fast-paced work environment
