Nature: Secondment Contract (1 year)
• Handle and maintain network operations to ensure optimal performance, high availability, and robust security.
• Manage the installation, configuration, administration, upgrading, patching, relocation, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, devices, and related systems.
• Plan, implement, and participate in network infrastructure projects and the deployment of network security solutions.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and business units to ensure smooth, secure, and timely project delivery.
• Provide comprehensive IT network technical services and end-user support to business units and various IT teams.
• Respond promptly to network connectivity incidents and perform security and event log monitoring alongside related administrative tasks.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, diagrams, configurations, administration procedures, and inventory for the network infrastructure knowledge base.
• Handle urgent business requests and network deployment duties during normal and non-office hours using company-assigned facilities.
• Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, and standards set by regulators and the financial institution.
• Adhere to established risk control guidelines, procedures, and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate, and monitor risks in daily operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in enterprise or carrier network support, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on support experience with CheckPoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Hillstone firewalls, and F5 network load balancers.
• Strong support experience with major cloud infrastructures, including AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Practical knowledge and support experience in Cisco, Huawei, or H3C routing and switching technologies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management systems such as ManageEngine OpManager and SolarWinds NPM.
• High proficiency in core network protocols and technologies, including IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
• Proven project management skills with a strong track record of successfully managing IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Professional certifications such as CCSA, PCNSA, NSE4, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, CCIE, or CCNP are highly preferred.
