Job Description

• Provide professional, warm, and efficient counter services to bank customers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify and seize business referral opportunities.
• Perform general clerical duties and administrative support to ensure smooth daily branch operations.
• Handle cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals accurately while adhering to operational guidelines.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a polite and timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Hold an HKCEE or HKDSE certificate with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including Chinese, English, and Mathematics.
• Possess prior professional experience working as a Bank Teller.
• Demonstrate a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Show excellent attention to detail alongside strong communication and organizational skills.
• Maintain a pleasant personality with a dedicated, customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Chinese word processing and the MS Office Suite.
• Possess valid HKSI and IIQE qualifications, which will be considered a distinct advantage.
