• Establish and strengthen long-term relationships with high-net-worth customers to understand their financial needs.
• Provide thorough financial analysis and identify suitable investment opportunities for clients.
• Initiate and implement strategic plans to promote a full range of retail banking and wealth management products.
• Adopt a proactive and professional approach to achieve the business sales targets of the bank.
• Deliver high-quality customer service within the retail branch environment to enhance client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience within the consumer banking field.
• Proven experience working as a Relationship Manager or Assistant Relationship Manager.
• Valid passes in the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, and 8.
• Valid passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Papers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, along with the Mandatory Provident Fund Intermediaries Examination.
• Professional qualifications such as Certified Financial Planner, Certified Financial Management Planner, or Enhanced Competency Framework on Retail Wealth Management are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the investment market and various banking products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sales and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
