• Supervise counter services to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service at the branch level.
• Ensure all branch operations comply with bank rules, guidelines, procedures, and regulatory ordinances.
• Oversee daily transactions and perform essential branch checker duties to mitigate risks.
• Manage counter staff, provide ongoing guidance, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking operations, with mandatory experience as a branch checker.
• Strong team player possessing excellent communication skills and high risk awareness.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
• Passes in HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 (or equivalent), IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3, 5, and the MPF Intermediaries Examination are preferred; candidates without these qualifications must sit for and pass the examinations within the 6-month probationary period.
