Job Description

• Supervise data center daily operations to ensure continuous availability and system reliability for airport infrastructure.
• Manage a small technical team, including roster arrangements, shift scheduling, and mentoring junior engineering staff.
• Monitor server health, network connectivity, and system alerts to quickly identify and resolve infrastructure incidents.
• Coordinate incident response workflows, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate critical issues to higher-tier engineering teams.
• Perform routine hardware maintenance, infrastructure inspections, and documentation updates for compliance standards.
• Provide support for a 24/7 rotating shift schedule during the initial two months, transitioning to regular office hours afterward.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technology discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience within a data center operations environment.
• Demonstrated capability or experience in leading small technical teams and managing team shift schedules.
• Willingness to work in the airport area and perform 24/7 rotating shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) for the first two months.
• Solid understanding of server systems, basic networking concepts, and data center facilities infrastructure.
