Nature: Renewable Contract (1 year)
• Provide expert guidance on system architecture with a focus on integrating Alibaba Cloud infrastructure, mPaaS middleware, and Oracle ODBX.
• Lead the development of mobile features using HTML5 and JavaScript within mPaaS containers to ensure seamless API interaction.
• Manage and mentor multiple application development teams while conducting code reviews to maintain strict software development life cycle compliance.
• Coordinate technical alignment between wholesale banking applications and the Oracle ODBX digital banking platform.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for vendors and offshore development teams in China to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Translate user requirements from the wholesale banking division into robust technical specifications and system designs.
• Oversee the full development life cycle, including Alibaba Cloud environment setup, deployment, and post-production support.
• Maintain application stability through troubleshooting and continuous updates of technical documentation for audit readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years specializing in Java-related technologies.
• Proven track record of leading and managing distributed or offshore development teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency in Core Java, JEE, Servlet, JSP, and WAS or WebLogic platforms.
• Expertise in mobile technologies including HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), and React Native.
• Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud and Alibaba mPaaS components such as Mobile Gateway, MDS, and MAS.
• Familiarity with Oracle ODBX (Oracle Digital Banking Experience) and wholesale banking workflows like Payments and Trade Finance.
• Working knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Git, Jenkins, and MQ is highly preferred.
