• Act as the key interface with client operation teams on vulnerability reporting, escalation, and resolution
• Manage vulnerability performance, including tracking metrics, remediation progress, and service improvements
• Lead patch management operations using SCCM, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Prioritize and coordinate patch deployment based on risk level and business criticality
• Oversee large-scale patch rollout and ensure coverage across both online and offline devices
• Provide technical guidance to team members and collaborate with cross-functional support teams
• Prepare regular reports and participate in service review meetings with stakeholders
• Support emergency patching activities and handle critical incidents under tight timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, or related areas
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SCCM administration and patch management
• Proven experience in leading patch management programs or small technical teams
• Familiar with vulnerability scanning tools and remediation processes
• Proficient in scripting, preferably PowerShell, for automation and system management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-risk or time-sensitive security issues
