• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets across Hong Kong and Macau markets.
• Develop, review, and execute strategic business and operational plans for both B2B and B2C channels.
• Oversee full sales operations including forecasting, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key enterprise clients.
• Monitor market trends and performance to drive business growth and optimize sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in ICT or stationery industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in distribution, wholesale, or retail chain business models is preferred.
• Strong network with ICT distributors and system integrators is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive team performance and business outcomes.
