• Provide comprehensive managed services to customers, including remote support and proactive network and system monitoring to meet Service Level Agreement requirements.
• Monitor Tier 1 engineering activities to ensure all incidents, problems, and changes are resolved within the designated timeframe.
• Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Deliver high-level technical support by performing in-depth troubleshooting and resolving Tier 2 network escalations.
• Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure operational procedures and network diagrams remain accurate.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in network infrastructure and emerging technologies to optimize service delivery.
• Manage incident lifecycles by conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
• Possess at least five years of experience in the networking domain, with a strong preference for candidates from a Network Operation Center background.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
• Exhibit proficiency in IP networking protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, SNMP, and STP.
• Offer hands-on experience with major networking hardware including Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet devices.
• Utilize network monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Cacti, or SolarWinds to maintain system health and performance.
• Apply ITIL-based service management processes to handle incident, problem, and change management tasks.
• Hold a CCNA or CCNP certification, which is highly preferred for this role.
• Maintain the flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule to support continuous operations.
