Nature: Renewable Contract
• Drive the integration of core ecosystem pillars, including Elderly Care Communities, Northbound Medical Access, Local Home Care, and Rehabilitation Services.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with premium elderly care facilities and top-tier medical institutions in the Greater Bay Area.
• Collaborate with product teams to bundle insurance plans with value-added services such as direct medical billing and nursing home vouchers.
• Ensure a seamless cross-border experience for clients utilizing medical services or local care support in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
• Work independently to build and maintain strong partnerships with medical institutions in China, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Growth and Innovation.
• Monitor partnership performance to ensure service quality meets corporate standards and client expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in business development, partnership management, or project management.
• Proven expertise within the Insurance, Healthcare, Elderly Care, or high-end service industries.
• Strong professional network and existing connections with hospitals and medical institutions in Mainland China.
• Deep understanding of the medical insurance landscape and healthcare trends in both Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
• Excellent negotiation, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
