• Establish and maintain a comprehensive cloud governance framework aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks associated with cloud environments.
• Manage relationships with cloud service providers and external partners to ensure all Service Level Agreements are met.
• Monitor cloud operations to ensure continuous compliance with internal policies and external banking regulations.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality delivery of governance and risk management initiatives.
• Hold a university degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Possess over 8 years of professional experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of specialized experience in cloud governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Prove leadership capabilities with at least 5 years of experience in a team lead or management role.
• Maintain fluency in spoken Cantonese and proficiency in professional written and reading English.
