• Lead and manage the accounting department, overseeing a team structure of one head with three subordinates.
• Modernize and "clean up" existing accounting records and internal controls to meet listing standards.
• Drive the strategic planning and execution of the company’s IPO process for either the US or HK markets.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the business owner, providing financial insights to move the company forward.
• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy of bookkeeping performed by the local team.
• Manage logistics-related financial data, focusing on fleet operations and construction site coordination.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller with a strong background in IPO preparation, specifically for US listings.
• Solid understanding of the construction or logistics industry, with a preference for experience in earthworks or fleet management.
• Ability to lead and mentor a local team focused on data entry and basic accounting functions.
• Hands-on technical accounting skills required to restructure and professionalize the finance department.
• High level of adaptability to work within a traditional construction environment while driving corporate change.
• Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between operational site requirements and executive financial goals.
