Nature: Secondment Contract (1 yr renewable)
• Lead the design and development of mobile banking applications and web-based platforms.
• Liaise with project stakeholders to manage project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
• Ensure project progress remains on track by coordinating between technical teams and business units.
• Apply Agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality FinTech solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and project reports to keep management informed of development milestones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT projects, specifically within the banking sector.
• Strong technical proficiency in Java, J2EE, Web development, and Mobile application development.
• Proven experience in managing projects related to Agile, FinTech, or mobile technology.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
