Nature: 6-month Renewable Contract
• Execute network infrastructure deployments and migrations, including the installation and configuration of firewalls and switches according to implementation plans.
• Manage the migration of current environments to new data center facilities while ensuring minimal service disruption and system interoperability.
• Perform Layer 2 and Layer 3 network configurations, encompassing routing, VLAN setup, and firewall policy implementation.
• Apply essential firmware updates and bug fixes to ensure all hardware remains compliant with corporate security standards.
• Conduct comprehensive system integration and acceptance testing to validate network performance, security, and operational readiness.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, including change logs, implementation reports, and weekly progress updates.
• Provide hands-on technical support during production rollouts and post-implementation stabilization phases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are met within IT governance and change management protocols.
• Hold a University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess a minimum of five years of experience in network implementation and operational support, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in deploying and troubleshooting large-scale network infrastructure and services.
• Exhibit in-depth knowledge of routing and switching, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), multicast, Wi-Fi, and network security.
• Hold professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or HCIE; vendor-specific security certifications are highly advantageous.
• Maintain proficiency in network management systems and demonstrate an understanding of risk management and audit processes.
• Show ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate fluently in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin proficiency considered a plus.
