• Collaborate with the Sales team to assess customer needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements for enterprise clients.
• Prepare technical proposals and solution scopes for Microsoft 365, Azure, security, and infrastructure services.
• Take ownership of solution design and technical strategy across various industries, including banking, finance, and public sector.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies such as AI, cybersecurity, and cloud.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers’ digital transformation and security strategies.
• Support the sales process throughout the entire selling cycle.
• Participate in professional training, career advancement programs, and regular company events.
• Ensure project requirements are delivered on time, occasionally outside office hours as required.
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Previous experience with a systems integrator or IT solutions provider is preferred.
• Solid knowledge in one or more areas: Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Strong interest in enterprise customers and real-world IT challenges.
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proactive, motivated to learn the latest technologies, and able to work as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Willingness to work during non-office hours per project requirements.
