Job Description

• Identify and acquire new client accounts for IT recruitment services through proactive business development.
• Develop and execute comprehensive client acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their hiring needs.
• Negotiate service agreements and terms with clients.
• Provide expert market insights and strategic recruitment advice to clients.
• Manage the entire business development cycle independently and remotely.
• Work on a commission-based model with flexible hours, focusing purely on hunting for new business.
• This is a 100% pure business development and client-facing role.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development and client acquisition, preferably within the IT or recruitment sector.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.
• Excellent understanding of the Hong Kong IT job market and industry trends.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and target-driven with a strong hunter mentality.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule effectively.
