Nature: Renewable Contract (6 months)
• Provide IT infrastructure and system implementation services to enterprise customers, including Structured Cabling, Networking & Wi-Fi, Data Centre, Cyber Security, Cloud, PABX, ELV/AV, IoT, or Application Development.
• Deliver comprehensive project management services, encompassing project planning, task scheduling, risk management, and progress reporting.
• Organize, coordinate, and attend project meetings to report on progress and resolve any project-related issues.
• Prepare essential project correspondence such as meeting agendas and minutes.
• Collaborate with various engineering teams, technical specialists, commercial sales, and solution consultants.
• Manage multiple external service providers to ensure the proper execution of work.
• Provide regular status updates on project costs and schedules.
• Escalate issues and risks in a timely manner to draw management's attention.
• Provide support for ad-hoc or overseas projects if necessary.
• Possess a Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Hold a minimum of three years of working experience in project management, with a preference for experience in IT&T.
• Demonstrate proven project management skills in delivering complex or medium-scale projects.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both outward-facing (to customers) and inward-facing (to internal delivery teams).
• Be self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Be able to cope with tight project schedules and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Possess strong listening, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with close attention to detail.
• Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management Tools, such as MS Project.
• Possess a good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Holding professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 Certified Practitioner is preferred.
