• Develop and execute IT strategies to align with business objectives and ensure the optimal performance and security of all IT systems
• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse IT team, promoting collaboration and ongoing improvement
• Oversee IT infrastructure management, ensuring high reliability and efficiency in hardware and software systems
• Implement and maintain robust network security protocols to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance
• Manage and enhance ERP systems to improve business processes and operational efficiency
• Drive digitalization initiatives to advance group performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage service delivery
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation
• Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery that meets business requirements
• Partner with senior management and stakeholders to address IT needs and provide solutions that deliver business value
• Minimum 15 years of IT experience with a strong background in software, hardware, infrastructure, network security, and ERP systems
• Proven track record of managing and developing IT teams in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated experience in leading digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Deep understanding of current IT technologies and trends, especially in security and infrastructure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound decision-making under pressure
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Willingness to work in both Dongguan and Hong Kong
