Nature: Renewable Contract, 12 months
• Perform server and network infrastructure installation, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support for Internet, Intranet, website, user application systems, system software, and hardware
• Offer on-call support for production incidents and perform shift duties as required
• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines preferred
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in network administration and support
• Hands-on experience with Switch, Router, WiFi Controller, IPS/IDS, Firewall, Load Balancer, network monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, VMware, SAN Storage, and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN environments
• Excellent command of written English
• Ability to work 7x24 on-call standby and outside office hours as required
• Candidates with less experience may also be considered"
