• Provide technical expertise in supporting security technology.
• Complete technical tasks including project implementation, documentation, and post-sales maintenance.
• Perform daily system monitoring, helpdesk support, and troubleshooting of security solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and housekeeping practices.
• Stay updated on the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
• Higher Diploma in Cybersecurity or equivalent IT qualifications.
• Experience implementing security technologies such as firewall, VPN, EDR, NDR, DLP, IPS, anti-virus, and APT.
• Manage customer support maintenance during office and non-office hours.
• Certification in security vendors like Fortinet or Palo Alto Networks, or in information security disciplines such as CISA or CEH is preferred.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security project migration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Proactive and able to complete assignments independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Service Engineer role.
• This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining security standards and supporting the organization's cybersecurity goals.
