• Support for Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises and RFID & Call Log Servers maintenance.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and analyze production logs.
• Participate in monthly meetings and task evaluations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot program sources and systems to pinpoint issues reported by users.
• Analyze potential impacts and create design specifications for system enhancements.
• Provide customer support by responding to daily inquiries.
• Address and resolve software bugs, and work on system enhancements.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document system processes and maintain accurate records.
• Manage the deployment of software programs.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises and maintain RFID & Call Log Servers.
• Assist with the installation of system software updates, license renewals, etc.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and analyze production logs.
• Participate in monthly meetings and task evaluations.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years as an Analyst Programmer.
• Over 2 years of experience in system maintenance or development.
• Preferably experienced with Java 11+, Spring frameworks, JPA, JSF, Hibernate.
• Familiarity with Wildfly, Sybase 17, Crystal Report, Docker, and system operations on Linux and Windows.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies with tools like Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, Git, and others is a strong plus.
• Previous experience on government projects is highly valued.
• Must be a collaborative team member with initiative and excellent communication skills.
• Capable of working autonomously.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, is essential.
