• Manage the system development lifecycle and implementation activities for application systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and IT departments.
• Track project progress, resolving any issues that arise.
• Deliver comprehensive web and app solutions to clients, fulfilling both business and technical requirements.
• Engage in business development processes, from prospecting to after-sales services and account management.
• Develop strategies and participate in the product development process.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project delivery, preferably with an IT consulting firm or a recognized technology solutions provider.
• Proficient knowledge of project management and system development life cycles.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master or PMP are beneficial.
• Strong business insight and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the financial sector and with banking applications is preferred but not required.
