Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst.
• Draw insights from raw data and work closely with different operations channels to jointly formulate ideas to drive growth, increase efficiency and capture new opportunities
• Prepare presentation materials and regular reports on business performance across different operations channels
• Conduct ad-hoc business analysis to support strategic initiatives (e.g., new store projects)
• Collaborate with other departments, e.g., IS, to understand, utilize and integrate various internal and external data sources
• Provide operational support and ongoing maintenance and enhancement of dashboards
• University or above, preferably in Business, Accounting, Statistics or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in data analytics, business analysis or management accounting role
• Experience in retail or consumer industries is preferred
• Microsoft application proficiency (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel). Deeper familiarity with Excel is required (e.g., fluent in using functions such as Pivot Tables, Nested formulas, V/H lookups, Macros, Graphing, etc.)
• Preference given to candidates who are experienced in Python, Tableau, and Cognos or other business intelligence tools
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret statistical reports and Profit / Loss statements
• Self-motivated, positive and have an impact-orientated mindset
